Join us for a family session filled with fun and mindfulness activities, combining experiential play and creative learning. Together, we'll explore how to weave mindfulness into your daily life through stories, physical activities, and crafts through the story of Winnie the Pooh.

Developing mindful habits can boost resilience, confidence, and motivation in both children and adults.
