This Equality and Diversity training programme looks at how we behave at work and how our behaviour may affect those around us. It addresses unacceptable behaviour, stereotyping and discrimination as well as introducing characteristics protected by The Equality Act - suggesting ways in which to build a more supportive, harmonious workplace.

Accessing your course
Once we have received your enrolment for this course, we will email you the login details you require to access the course material. Access details will typically be emailed to you within 48 hours of us receiving your order. You will have access to the course for 7 days from receiving the course link email and will then have 3 months to complete the course from when you receive the log in email.

Assessment
This course concludes with a multiple-choice test with a downloadable and printable certificate. In addition, brief in-course questionnaires guide the user through the sections of the training and are designed to reinforce learning and ensure maximum user engagement throughout.
