Explore how engaging in creative expression can positively impact your mental and emotional well-being, offering healing on multiple levels.

Through a variety of art materials and techniques, you'll learn how to use art as a therapeutic tool. No prior experience is needed - just bring an open mind and a willingness to experiment in a supportive, relaxed environment! All materials are provided.
  

What are the entry requirements for this course?
This course is suitable if you're a beginner and want to learn about this subject, and you don't have relevant knowledge or experience.

What will I need to bring?
Lunch will not be provided, please bring your own. Please bring a pen and some paper plus your smartphone if you have one. Please wear clothing suitable for the activity. Please also bring photo ID with you e.g. passport or driving licence.

Will I be assessed?
There is no formal assessment for this course. Your tutor will provide feedback to help you improve.
