Through a combination of breathing exercises, somatic movement, and yoga techniques, you'll build a personalised wellness toolkit to support your body and mind.
Perfect for anyone looking to improve their breathing, posture, and relaxation, this course is especially helpful for those recovering from Long Covid, ME, fatigue, stress, or anxiety and follows on from the previous Developer course.
What this course explores:
- Effective breathing exercises for better lung capacity
- Gentle somatic movements to improve posture and release tension
- Mindful breathing techniques, including humming for health
- Relaxation through Yoga Nidra to support calm and anxious breathing

What are the entry requirements for this course?
This course is suitable if you have completed our Developer Level in this subject or a similar subject area, or have previous experience, and want to explore further and learn more extensively.
What will I need to bring?
Please bring photo ID with you e.g. passport or driving license. Please also bring a yoga mat, water bottle, cushion and blanket, a pen and some paper and your smart phone if you have one. Please wear clothing suitable for the activity.
Will I be assessed?
There is no formal assessment for this course. Your tutor will provide feedback to help you improve.
