Do you want to improve your confidence?
Learn to believe in yourself through the magic of creative crafts with this felting course. Focusing on the theme of 'decorating our world', you'll gently improve your wet or needle felting skills week-by-week.
By the end of the course, you'll have made your own creations to be proud of, and boosted your self-esteem. Choose from a wet felted 2D wall hanging, a purse, a bag or basket, a needle-felted 3D scene using armature, a doll/fairy, or something else!
What this course explores:
- Utilising crafts and creativity to build confidence
- Wet or needle felting techniques to make creations to be proud of
- Wide range of projects to work towards
- Further progression for keen felters
As your confidence builds, you may find that you want to continue your felting adventures at home and/or continue with further confidence building felting courses with SS&L.
Perfect for those that have been on a 'Building your Confidence through Felting' Taster or Starter course, or those who have previous experience in felting. All resources provided.

What are the entry requirements for this course?
This course is suitable if you have completed our Starter Level in this subject or a similar subject area, or have previous experience, and want to progress and explore this subject in more depth.
What will I need to bring?
Please bring an old towel each week to assist with wet felting activities. Please also bring photo ID with you e.g. passport or driving licence.
Will I be assessed?
There is no formal assessment for this course. Your tutor will provide feedback to help you improve.
