Description

Ready to explore your creative instincts and embrace the uniqueness of your neurodivergent mind?

This course combines self-reflection, creativity, and peer coaching to inspire personal growth and foster connection. Each week, you'll navigate the challenges and strengths of being neurodivergent in a supportive, learner-led environment. Together, we'll explore new themes based on your goals, challenges, and celebrations, creating a nurturing space to grow and thrive.

What this course explores:
- Self-reflection and creative expression
- Peer coaching to support personal development
- Weekly themes based on your needs and experiences
- A supportive, inclusive, and non-judgemental space
- Opportunities for personal growth and connection

This is a hybrid course, which means you can choose to join us either in-person in Frome or online from anywhere in Somerset. These details and enrolment are for the online option. If you'd prefer to join us in-person please go back to the course search and choose the in-person option for the same 'The Neurodivergent Journal' course.

Whichever option you choose, you will be provided with your own A5 journal for use during the sessions and can use it in whatever way suits you - through art, doodling, creative writing, any other creative/expressive medium you choose. All you need is your journal and a pen to begin with, but if you have any other art materials that you would like to use, please feel free to have them with you when you join the call.
