Description
Join Kubi May to explore how Art can help with your mental and emotional wellbeing. Each week, we will reflect on a particular emotion or theme. We will then create individual art works expressing this, exploring hidden symbolic clues and metaphors from the subconscious. Finally, we will end on a guided visual mediation to bring healing to this emotion.
What are the entry requirements for this course?
This course is suitable if you're a beginner and want to learn about this subject, and you don't have relevant knowledge or experience.
What will I need to bring?
Please bring a pen and some paper plus your smartphone if you have one. Please bring your own sketch book and wear clothing suitable for the activity. Please also bring photo ID with you e.g. passport or driving licence.
Will I be assessed?
There is no formal assessment for this course. Your tutor will provide feedback to help you improve.
