Do you want to feel more confident supporting your neurodiverse child at home?

This introductory session is designed for parents and carers of neurodiverse children.

You'll explore practical tools to build stronger connections, set clear boundaries, and manage behaviour through structured, supportive, evidence-based approaches.

What this course explores:
- Positive communication strategies
- How to build trust and effective relationships
- The power of routines and predictable responses
- Role modelling, repetition and structure
- Understanding and responding to challenging behaviour
- Practical, researched techniques
- Boosting confidence and self-esteem in your child

This session gives you the chance to learn, share, and start developing a toolkit for parenting with confidence. A follow-on course is available for those who'd like to learn more.
