This course is run by Elle at Harmony Within.

Feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or just tired of running on empty? Practical Tools for Relaxation is your invitation to pause - and learn simple ways to reset your nervous system, anytime, anywhere.

In just two hours, this workshop gives you a toolbox of calming techniques you can use daily to feel more grounded, present, and in control - without needing fancy gadgets, wellness apps, or expensive retreats.

This is a practical, hands-on experience to help you:
- unwind anxiety and tension in real time
- improve focus and mental clarity
- support better sleep and deeper rest
- regulate emotions more easily
- strengthen resilience to everyday stress
- reconnect with your body and breath

You'll walk away with easy, sustainable practices that actually fit into real life - whether you're at home, on a walk, or in the middle of a busy day.

What are the entry requirements for this course?
This course is suitable if you're a beginner and want to learn about this subject, and you don't have relevant knowledge or experience. There are no qualifications required for this course, just a willingness to learn. You will need to have internet access and be able to join on Zoom.

What will I need to bring?
Please bring a pen and some paper. Please also bring photo ID with you e.g. passport or driving licence.

There is no formal assessment for this course. Your tutor will provide feedback to help you improve.
