This beginner-friendly session is designed specifically for those new to technology. We'll start with the absolute basics, guiding you through joining and leaving a meeting, understanding the audio and video controls, and using the chat function to communicate with others.
You'll learn how to navigate the interface with confidence and discover how easy it is to connect with friends, family and colleagues through video calls and online meetings. No prior experience is necessary, and our friendly and supportive tutor will ensure you feel comfortable and confident throughout the learning process.
