This course is designed to help you manage symptoms of long-term health conditions by building a personalised wellness toolkit.
You'll explore Yoga Nidra - a powerful relaxation practice that helps calm your mind and body. Through guided sessions and gentle discussions, you'll learn breath awareness, simple breathing techniques to ease tension and ways to improve your posture.
We'll also practise gentle Yoga to boost heart health, strengthen bones, ease joint pain and improve flexibility. It's a supportive space to build strength and resilience at your own pace.
