Description
This course is a self study elearning package which should take approx. 35 - 70 minutes to complete. You will have access to the course for 30 days from activation.
Now that the UK's transition period (from leaving the EU) has ended, the EU GDPR has been brought into UK law and sits alongside other data protection laws and regulations.
Our UK GDPR Essentials Training provides employees with an understanding of their duties and responsibilities when it comes to processing personal data under the GDPR in the UK.
The GDPR has brought together years of different laws and regulations and combines them into a single technology-neutral piece of legislation which will form the foundation of data protection law for years to come.
This Essentials training is aimed at staff who need to follow the rules and policies that are laid out by the GDPR. In this course, staff will learn about personal data, the principles of the GDPR, individual rights and will use some scenario-based learning.
Accessing your course
Once we have received your enrolment for this course, we will email you the login details you require to access the course material. Access details will typically be emailed to you within 48 hours of us receiving your order. You will have access to the course for 7 days from receiving the course link email and will then have 30 days to complete the course from when you receive the log in email.

Assessment
This course concludes with a multiple-choice test with a downloadable and printable certificate. In addition, brief in-course questionnaires guide the user through the sections of the training and are designed to reinforce learning and ensure maximum user engagement throughout.
