This course gives you the tools, peer support, and proven techniques to help you navigate the unique challenges of ADHD while working towards what matters most to you. Over five weeks, you'll explore, plan, and take practical steps towards your goals - all within a supportive, confidential online space.

What are the entry requirements for this course?
This course is suitable if you have completed our Developer Level in this subject or a similar subject area, or have previous experience, and want to explore further and learn more extensively. You will need to have internet access and be able to join on Teams.
