Ready to explore your creative instincts and embrace the uniqueness of your neurodivergent mind?
This course combines self-reflection, creativity and peer coaching to inspire personal growth and foster connection. Each week, you'll navigate the challenges and strengths of being neurodivergent in a supportive, learner-led environment. Together, we'll explore new themes based on your goals, challenges, and celebrations, creating a nurturing space to grow and thrive.

This is a hybrid course, which means you can choose to join us either in-person in Frome or online from anywhere in Somerset. These details and enrolment are for the in-person option. If you'd prefer to join us online please go back to the course search and choose the online option for the same 'The Neurodivergent Journal' course.
You will be provided with your own A5 journal for use during the sessions and can use it in whatever way suits you - through art, doodling, creative writing, any other creative/expressive medium you choose. All you need is your journal and a pen to begin with, but if you have any other art materials that you would like to use, please feel free to have them with you when you join the call.
What are the entry requirements for this course?
This course is suitable if you have completed our Developer Level in this subject or a similar subject area, or have previous experience, and want to explore further and learn more extensively.
What will I need to bring?
Please bring a pen and some paper. Please also bring photo ID with you e.g. passport or driving licence.
Will I be assessed?
There is no formal assessment for this course. Your tutor will provide feedback to help you improve.
