Description

This course is about learning to calm your mind and body for better rest and to feel less overwhelmed. It focuses on gentle yoga and breathing techniques designed to help you unwind and prepare for a restful night's sleep or to just relax the body and the mind. It's a simple, effective way to manage stress and improve your sleep quality. It's suitable for complete beginners who are looking for a natural way to reduce anxiety and promote relaxation.

You will learn:
- Basic yoga poses and stretches, carefully chosen to release tension
- Breathing exercises and relaxation techniques that calm the nervous system and help you transition from a busy day to a peaceful evening

This is a beginner-friendly course that will teach you techniques that can be done from the comfort of your home.
