Description
Join us for this 4-week introductory course on Indian Head Massage. Rooted in the ancient Ayurvedic system, it helps relieve stress, promote relaxation and improve overall wellbeing. It's also a great skill to offer in a salon environment.
What this course explores:

By the end of this course, you'll have the skills and confidence to practice Indian Head Massage safely, supporting both your own wellbeing and that of others.
