Would you like to explore how creativity can improve your mental and emotional wellbeing?
In these relaxed and supportive sessions, you will discover a range of different artistic mediums and techniques. You will create something new each week and discover how it can help you calm, relax and support your mental wellbeing.
This course is suitable for everyone, regardless of experience - all you need is a willingness to explore and experiment in a stress-free environment. All materials will be provided.
