Please note: This course lasts four hours, and is split up into two sessions either side of a 30-minute break

In this course you'll be encouraged and supported to work on an individual piece of writing through a series of self-reflective exercises.
With encouragement and guidance from an expert tutor, you'll learn how to generate ideas, and turn them into language which can be used in your writing. As part of the group, you'll also be encouraged to work collaboratively to share your work and learn how others connect with your words.
This course is a supportive, no pressure environment to communicate your ideas and feelings in a way that is comfortable and appropriate for you - there is no expectation to have a finished work at the end of it, and the primary outcome is to build your confidence.
