Description
'The Hub Through Our Eyes': Exploring our Sense of Community Through Photography
This short course works towards the creation of a shared photography project celebrating 'The Hub' and the people who make it special. During sessions, we will explore what community means to us - through images, stories, and conversations.
You do not need to be a professional photographer. You just need curiosity, kindness, and a phone or camera. This project is about seeing differently - noticing what matters, sharing experiences and creating something meaningful together.
By the end, we will create a shared photographic collage that tells the story of 'The Hub Through Our Eyes'.
Through the course you'll explore the following:
- Seeing the Community Anew - What does community mean to me?
- Faces, Places, and Connections - Who is part of our community?
- Telling Stories Through Images - What stories do our photos tell?
- Creating our Collage - Bringing it all together
Photography helps us see what we value most.
Through our lenses, we discover not just images - but relationships, gratitude, and belonging.
Together, we show 'The Hub through our eyes'.
