Would you like to feel more confident using your smartphone? This beginner course will take you step-by-step how to make the most of your smartphone in everyday life!
With support from your friendly and knowledgeable tutor, you'll learn how to make calls, send texts, and make video calls. You'll also learn how to take pictures using the in-built camera and how to share them safely.
We'll also guide you through:
- common problems and how to fix them yourself
- how to customise your phone to suit your needs
- safely download, install, and use helpful apps.
No question is too small, and over the course you'll be supported with hands-on practice with no jargon, and no pressure! By the end, you'll feel more independent and more confident using your smartphone.

This course is suitable if you're a beginner and want to learn about this subject, and you don't have relevant knowledge or experience.
