Description

Spend some time as a family building a seasonal sketchbook together this Spring!

Using a range of materials, learn how to create your own sketchbook together, and spend time studying plants, drawing, colouring, and creating collages with your child or children.

Weather permitting, we will take a short nature walk outside to collect materials to add to our sketchbooks, though please feel free to bring your own - leaves, photographs, drawings etc. There will also be opportunities to include text in your journals, making a diary of the seasons, so your child can practise their literacy.

The purpose of this class is to allow all ages a chance to slow down and connect with nature. You can keep a record of the emerging spring season as it unfurls in your journal, which you can take home to look back on as the seasons change.
