Stress can affect anyone at some point in their lives, and it's important to give yourself a little bit of support when dealing with stressful situations yourself.
In this course, you will learn techniques to help you navigate the challenges we can often face in modern workplaces. You'll be given the skills to help you reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance your emotional intelligence for a calmer workday whether you're currently employed, preparing for employment, or pursuing full-time education.
Gain skills such as mindful breathing and movement, active listening, and meditation you can use at work and throughout the day. Everything you learn on this course can be actively applied to help you stay calm under pressure and even help manage your emotional resilience.

What will I need to bring?
Please bring photo ID with you e.g. passport or driving license. Please wear appropriate, comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle, yoga mat (if you have one) and a blanket / throw for the relaxation part. Yoga mats are also available if you don't have one.

There is no formal assessment for this course. Your tutor will provide feedback to help you improve.
