Description

This course is in partnership with Holyrood Academy. In this course you'll learn to use watercolour with a contemporary art approach. You will have access to a range of different materials to experiment with, allowing you to enhance your own skills and confidence.

You will develop your technical skills in watercolour by experimenting with various tools and papers to create texture and layers of colour. You'll also be challenged to develop critical thinking with your classmates and reflect about the creative process.

You will have access to a brief each session, but there will always be the opportunity to work on something meaningful to your own goals and vision alongside your classmates. You'll be encouraged to engage with each other and develop a community together!
