Description
This course is in partnership with Holyrood Academy. In this course you'll learn about contemporary art and develop your own skills and techniques which reflect your own artistic journey.
Over the weeks, you'll work in your own sketchbook, using it to practise various mediums and materials to execute your vision! You'll be challenged to experiment and reflect which will enhance your critical thinking skills and confidence.
Each week you will have access to a brief, but you will always have the opportunity to work on something meaningful to your own goals and vision alongside your classmates. You'll be encouraged to engage with each other and develop a community together.
What are the entry requirements for this course?
This course is suitable if you have completed our Developer Level in this subject or a similar subject area, or have previous experience, and want to explore further and learn more extensively.
What will I need to bring?
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for the activity. Please also bring photo ID with you e.g. passport or driving licence.
Will I be assessed?
There is no formal assessment for this course. Your tutor will provide feedback to help you improve.
