Description
Do you find yourself lost in the kitchen and reaching for the same meals week on week? Would you like to know more about nutrition and how to meal plan on a budget?
Each week on this improvers course you'll learn new skills you can use in your own kitchen right away and start cooking healthy meals for you and your family! Learn how to prep your food safely, how to fry, simmer, and bake your meals, and understand what a balanced diet looks like. You'll also learn how to plan healthy meals to cook and eat within a budget.
You'll be supported every step of the way with an experienced tutor who will be on hand to answer any questions you may have and to provide you with all the information you need to succeed.

This course is suitable if you have completed our Developer Level in this subject or a similar subject area, or have previous experience, and want to explore further and learn more extensively.
