Over 1.5-hour Zoom sessions, you'll discover practical, science-backed techniques that make a real difference. Whether you're looking to lose weight, improve your diet, or build healthier habits, this course provides the tools and support you need to succeed.
Each session is interactive, with time for discussions, guided exercises, and questions, designed to help you to fully engage with the material and connect with others on a similar journey.
