Description
This course is run by Mind in Somerset and the zoom link will be sent out by Mind in Somerset after enrolment.
It is designed to help learners gain an understanding of what drives anger, what keeps it sustained, how changing thoughts and communication styles can ease impact of anger on self and others.
The aims for this course are:
- Understand anger and why it's hard to control
- Develop skills to manage physical/emotional symptoms of anger
- Understand thoughts, the CBT cycle and finding alternative ways of thinking
- Learn how to manage and control anger - Communication skills and effective ways to communicate
- Learn resources, tips and skills for self help and others
