Do you want to learn how to support your own wellbeing as you navigate caring for your neurodivergent child?
This course provides a deeper perspective on the benefits of self-care and how your mental health impacts on your child/children.
In this enhancer course, you'll have the opportunity to explore ideas around modelling positive behaviours, self-care and exploring your own neurodiversity. Content will be guided by you and your fellow learners each week, as we follow our own areas of interest and need.

- Tips and suggestions from other parents and carers
- Where to find more useful information
- Strategies for getting organised
- Develop confidence in methods that work best for your family

This course is suitable if you have completed our Developer Level in this subject or a similar subject area, or have previous experience, and want to explore further and learn more extensively. You will need to have internet access and be able to join on Zoom.
