Have you ever wondered how art can support your mental and emotional wellbeing?
In this course, designed for those with some experience, you'll explore creativity as a tool for self-expression and healing. Each week, you'll reflect on a different emotion or theme and create individual artworks that explore hidden symbols and metaphors from your subconscious.
The session will end with a guided visual meditation to bring healing and balance to the emotions explored. You'll work in a supportive space where you can safely nurture both your creativity and wellbeing.

Lunch will not be provided, please bring your own. Please bring a pen, some paper and your smartphone if you have one. Please wear clothing suitable for the activity. Please also bring photo ID with you e.g. passport or driving licence.
