This course is at the 'Enhancer' level, so having some experience with journaling is helpful, but not necessary - it's all about enjoying the process.
What this course explores:
- Creative journaling techniques for pregnancy, birth, and parenthood
- Guided exercises to inspire creativity
- Wellbeing and relaxation through self-expression
- Building a beautiful keepsake for you and your baby
- Supportive, inclusive space for sharing and reflection
We offer a welcoming, inclusive space for anyone who has experienced pregnancy, given birth, or identifies as a mother, woman, or non-binary carer.
