Are you looking for a way to support your body and mind through the menopause journey?

This gentle yoga class is designed specifically for those experiencing peri-menopause, menopause, or post-menopause. Through a soothing practice of asana (poses), breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques, you'll learn how to balance hormonal changes, relieve common symptoms like hot flushes, and improve your overall wellbeing.

Whether you're new to yoga or looking for gentle movement, this course will help you rest, recover, and reconnect with your body.

What are the entry requirements for this course?
This course is suitable if you have completed our Starter Level in this subject or a similar subject area, or have previous experience, and want to progress and explore this subject in more depth.

What will I need to bring?
Please bring photo ID with you e.g. passport or driving license. Please also bring a yoga mat, water bottle, cushion and blanket, a pen and some paper and your smart phone if you have one. Please wear clothing suitable for the activity.

Will I be assessed?
There is no formal assessment for this course. Your tutor will provide feedback to help you improve.
