Want to deepen your bond with your baby?
Why not bring your little one along to our six week course. You'll learn useful techniques and activities to help bring you closer to your newborn.
Designed for parents of babies aged between 1 and 5 month, these interactive, evidence-based classes combine practical techniques with expert guidance to support early communication, secure attachment, and emotional development.
What this course explores:
- Baby massage
- Sign language
- Responsive parenting techniques
Class sizes are limited, and the sessions are designed to be a calm space to learn and connect with other parents.
Each session includes hands-on baby massage, learning essential baby signs, and understanding key milestones and bonding strategies.
We will provide oils for your baby, but please bring a towel every week.

What are the entry requirements for this course?
This course is suitable if you're a beginner and want to learn about this subject, and you don't have relevant knowledge or experience.
What will I need to bring?
Please bring a water bottle and a towel for the baby massage plus anything your baby needs. Please bring a pen and some paper plus your smartphone if you have one and wear clothing suitable for the activity. Please also bring photo ID with you e.g. passport or driving licence.
Will I be assessed?
There is no formal assessment for this course. Your tutor will provide feedback to help you improve.
