Description
Art journaling is a wonderful practice which enables you to tap into and develop your creativity. The process of art journaling is a great form of self-care and has therapeutic benefits which may help to reduce stress, promote positivity and support wellbeing.
You do not need to have any previous experience of drawing or painting to create an art journal because the mixed media techniques involved are easily attainable for everyone. Join us on this live, online workshop, where you will discover the creative techniques, processes, styles and media necessary to create and maintain your own unique art journal.
Please have some paper, pen and a couple of coloured pencils or pens to hand when attending this workshop.
