This course is run by Heads Up.
Have you ever wanted to master the art of pottery?
This 12-week course is the perfect opportunity to perfect your skills. Aimed at those with who already have foundation-level abilities, this enhancer course will help you fine-tune your pottery techniques to more advanced levels.
Over each of the two-hour sessions, you'll learn safe working practices, and further experiment with slab and coil build techniques covered in our developer course.
As well as learning advanced clay techniques, you'll even have the chance to create your own clay project that to take home as a memento.

What are the entry requirements for this course?
This course is suitable if you have completed our Developer Level in this subject or a similar subject area, or have previous experience, and want to explore further and learn more extensively.
Venue directions
There is parking on site. There is a bus from Wells to South Horrington no. 173 which stops at the end of Upper Breach, just a three-minute walk from Heads Up.
What will I need to bring?
Please bring an apron and wear clothes you don't mind getting dusty or messy. Please also bring photo ID with you e.g. passport or driving licence and if applicable evidence of benefits or income under £25k per annum.
Will I be assessed?
There is no formal assessment for this course. Your tutor will provide feedback to help you improve.
