Curious about how creative journalling can help you explore neurodiversity?
Join this workshop to discover how self-reflection, creativity, and group coaching can guide you through the process of creative journalling for neurodiversity. Whether through art, doodles, or writing, you'll explore what neurodiversity means to you.
This workshop also offers a clear progression route with ongoing support through group and peer coaching, with access to "The Neurodivergent Journal" Starter, Developer, and Enhancer courses.
What this course explores:
- Exploring neurodiversity through art, writing, and creative expression
- Introduction to the creative journalling process
- Gaining insights into how journalling can support personal growth
- Building confidence through self-reflection and group coaching
- Accessing a supportive, inclusive, and non-judgemental space for creativity and connection.
This course is a hybrid course meaning you can choose to attend in-person at our Frome centre or join us online via zoom. These details and enrolment are for the online option. Please search the short courses again for 'The Neurodivergent Journal' if you would prefer to join us in person in Frome.
However you choose to join us, you will receive guidance, support and peer or group coaching alongside others and have the option to continue with further courses.
Materials are not provided for this online workshop, but you will receive your own journal through the post if you choose to continue with further courses. You can use any art materials you have at home, if you choose to, or you can simply use a pen or pencil.
What are the entry requirements for this course?
This course is suitable if you have no experience in this subject and want to discover if it's for you. You will need to have internet access and be able to join on Zoom.
What will I need to bring?
Please bring a pen and some paper. Plus bring any art materials that you might have at home that you'd like to use. Please also bring photo ID with you e.g. passport or driving licence.
Will I be assessed?
There is no formal assessment for this course. Your tutor will provide feedback to help you improve.
