Do you want to explore creativity, self-reflection, and peer coaching in a supportive neurodivergent community?
Join this hybrid course in Frome or online to develop your self-expression, build confidence, and connect with like-minded individuals through creative journaling. Each session is learner-led, focusing on your challenges, goals, and strengths.
What this course explores:

- Journaling through art, writing, and more
This is a hybrid course, which means you can choose to join us either in-person in Frome or online from anywhere in Somerset. These details and enrolment are for the online option. If you prefer to join us in-person, please go back to the course search and choose the in-person option for the same 'The Neurodivergent Journal' course.
What are the entry requirements for this course?
This course is suitable if you have completed our Starter Level in this subject or a similar subject area, or have previous experience, and want to progress and explore this subject in more depth. You will need to have internet access and be able to join on Zoom.
What will I need to bring?
Please bring your journal (this will be sent to you), a pen or pencil and any art materials that you have at home and you'd like to use. This will be discussed at the start of the first session. Please also bring photo ID with you e.g. passport or driving licence.
Will I be assessed?
There is no formal assessment for this course. Your tutor will provide feedback to help you improve.
