Description

Do you want to explore creativity, self-reflection, and peer coaching in a supportive neurodivergent community?

Join this hybrid course in Frome or online to develop your self-expression, build confidence, and connect with like-minded individuals through creative journaling. Each session is learner-led, focusing on your challenges, goals, and strengths.

What this course explores:
- Self-reflection and creative expression
- Peer coaching techniques
- Building confidence and self-compassion
- Connecting with a neurodivergent community
- Journaling through art, writing, and more

Bring your journal each week - everything else is provided!

This is a hybrid course, which means you can choose to join us either in-person in Frome or online from anywhere in Somerset. These details and enrolment are for the in-person option. What are the entry requirements for this course?
This course is suitable if you have completed our Starter Level in this subject or a similar subject area, or have previous experience, and want to progress and explore this subject in more depth.

What will I need to bring?
Please bring your journal each week. Please also bring photo ID with you e.g. passport or driving licence to your first session.

Will I be assessed?
There is no formal assessment for this course. Your tutor will provide feedback to help you improve.
